If you are wondering when and how your mini fidget toy will arrive or have any other questions, this page will answer the most common queries that we receive from our customers. If your question isn’t covered here, please contact us directly and we will do our best to help!

Shipping and delivery

Q. How long does order processing take?

A. We will process and ship your fidget toy out to you within seven days (often a lot sooner) of payment being received.

Q. Are there any countries you cannot send to?

A. Your fidget toy can be shipped to you anywhere in the world and delivered straight to your door!

Q. How soon will I get my fidget toy?

A. Due to extremely high demand for our top quality fidget cube and fidget spinner, at present it can take up to two to four weeks for your fidget toy to arrive at your door, although we will work hard to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Q. What country do you ship from?

A. Because we serve buyers from all over the world, we make use of several fulfilment centres on different continents in order to ensure that your product will arrive with you as soon as possible.

Q. What carrier will deliver my fidget toys to me?

A. If you are based in the continental USA, your package will arrive with the USPS. Deliveries to other countries will be brought to you by a reputable national courier from your own specific region.

Q. Do I need to wait in to sign for my fidget toys?

A. Fidget toys are small handheld devices, which can often be posted straight through your mailbox. However, if your mailbox is too small, your courier may need to call at your door. Any person at your address can accept your fidget toys, and a signature is not required.
If there is no one home to take delivery, your courier will notify you of their delivery attempt and advise on how to arrange collection or redelivery.

How to order and pay

Q. What forms of payment can I use?

A. Payment for your fidget toys are processed by either PayPal or Stripe, and you can select the option of your choosing at checkout. PayPal and Stripe can process payments made using all major credit and debit cards.
You do not need to have an account with PayPal or Stripe in order to check out.

Q. Are my payment details secure?

A. Your financial security is our number one concern, and we use the latest release of Secure Socket Layer encryption technology in order to protect the integrity of your sensitive information. We do not receive your payment card details directly-these are processed securely by PayPal or Stripe-and no details are retained after your order has been processed.

Q. How will I know that my order has been received successfully?

A. As soon as we have been notified of your payment, we will send out an email confirmation of your order to the email address that you supply. Please check your spam and junk folders if your email does not arrive-in rare cases, they may be incorrectly identified by some email providers as spam.

Returns and refunds

Q. I have changed my mind-can I cancel my order?

A. We will accept cancellations made within 24 hours of receiving your order; please contact us directly and let us know why you wish to cancel. Because we work hard to process and ship all orders as soon as possible, we are unfortunately able to offer cancellation after the initial 24 hour cooling off period has elapsed.

Q. I entered the wrong shipping address/need to amend my address, what should I do?

A. If you find that you have inadvertently made an error when entering your address details, please contact us immediately in order to give us the best possible chance of intercepting your order before despatch. Unfortunately, we cannot recall or redirect an order after it has been dispatched to the courier for delivery.

Q. What happens if I want to return my item?

A. If you decide that the fidget spinner or fidget cube are not for you, we will provide a full refund or exchange within thirty days of your delivery being received by you. In order to ensure that we are able to process your return, please ensure that your fidget toy remains in its original packaging and is unused and returned in the same condition that you received it. We can only process returns made within thirty days of the date upon which you received your item. Please contact us before you ship your fidget toy back to us for further instructions, and please note that the cost of return shipping must be paid by the buyer.

Q. I have received a faulty or damaged item, what should I do?

A. We only sell the best quality fidget toys available, and we also maintain our own rigorous quality control processes to offer additional peace of mind, so it is highly unlikely that you will receive a damaged fidget toy.
However, if your toy is faulty or has been damaged in the mail, we will of course make things right. Get in touch with us and we will provide a full refund or prompt replacement upon return of your fidget toy.
Please get in touch with us before returning your fidget toy, enclosing an image and description of the problem. Upon return of your faulty or damaged fidget toy, our quality control team will inspect the item and approve your refund or replacement product.

Q. How long should I wait for my fidget toy to arrive before considering it lost in the mail?

A. We work hard to process and dispatch your fidget toys as soon as possible, but due to extremely high demand thanks to our competitive pricing and top quality offerings, it can take two to four weeks for your item to arrive, and occasionally longer if there are local mailing problems or adverse weather conditions in your area.
However, if you still have not received your fidget toy after sixty days, it may have gotten lost in transit-please let us know, and we will arrange a full refund or promptly-shipped replacement.
